Welcome to the Arts Midwest World Fest site! Arts Midwest created this program to provide inspiring arts enrichment and instill appreciation for other global cultures. Through Arts Midwest World Fest, artists travel from all over the world to entertain and enrich America's heartland. The 2007-2009 Arts Midwest World Fest cycle will feature musical ensembles from Canada, Mexico, China, and Israel. Each ensemble, while different from one another, strongly reflects the musical traditions and rich culture that embody its native land. These ensembles will visit ten Midwestern communities in Arts Midwest's nine member states. We hope that you will be able to meet and hear these ensembles as they tour the Midwest!
